  • Nutrition Services

The St. John Paul II Catholic School Nutrition Services Department is dedicated to serving nutritious meals and providing nutritional education to its students. Our department participates in the USDA National School Lunch Program. All school meals will meet or exceed current nutrition requirements established by USDA standards.

Our Nutrition Services staff is composed of dedicated professionals who pride themselves in providing lunches that are not only nutritious, but appealing to all students.

If you believe you may qualify for free or reduced school meals, applications will be accepted starting July 1 for the 2023-2024 school year. Please reference the link in the Free and Reduced Lunch Info tab, on the left .

    K-8 Lunch

    • $3.25  - Student Meal
    • $.40 - Reduced Student Meal
    • $1.25  - Additional Entree
    • $4.57 - Adult Lunch
    • $.35 - Additional Milk

Nutrition Services implements the Offer Vs. Serve (OVS) method of meal service. Under OVS, students have the ability to select each item from the menu. However, a student only has to select 3 of the 5 components (Protein, Grain, Vegetable, Fruit, and Milk) in order to qualify as a reimbursable meal. We strongly encourage students to select all of the offered items.

Please keep a balance of $20 in your student account. Lunch Balance Statements will be sent home each Friday to those families who fall below the $20 minimum. Statements will also be sent home the first Friday of each month, with your child’s cafeteria balance.
